1General Provisions

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

ok zz reserves the right to verify the age information provided at registration. If a valid ID is not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3Account Registration and Management

Each user may open only one account. Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. In such cases, ok zz reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit the balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The mobile number and email address must be valid and active.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or with false information is prohibited.
• The mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification.

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. Sharing or transferring login details to a third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the user must contact the ok zz support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

ok zz may at any time request verification of the user's identity, address, and payment method. Account verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok zz are carried out through the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method.
• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is successful it will be added to the account; if there is any problem, the support team must be notified.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited at ok zz must come from a lawful source. If there is suspicion of a fraudulent transaction or money laundering, ok zz reserves the right to suspend the account in question and take the necessary action.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ok zz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed; otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — that is, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly ok zz Deposit Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wager 18 times; minimum deposit ৳300.
• ok zz Slots Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; slots games only; wager 20 times.
• ok zz Weekend Blast: 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000; last two days of the week; wager 15 times.
• ok zz Birthday Reward: up to ৳1,500; wager 10 times; for verified members.
• Refer a Friend, Win with ok zz: up to ৳2,000 per referral; wager 12 times.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used like real money; they cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ok zz reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• More than one bonus may not apply at the same time; if a bonus is active, its requirements must be met before claiming a new one.

6Gaming Rules

ok zz offers casino games, slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are shown in the game's interface.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. ok zz reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical problem occurs during a game session, ok zz will determine the outcome based on server logs. ok zz is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues beyond its control.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Once placed, bets generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, ok zz's stated policy will apply.
• If there is a dispute about a result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

6.4 RTP and Fairness

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on ok zz. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.

8Account Closure and Suspension

ok zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of these terms.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Options to voluntarily take a break or set limits are also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Balance of a Closed Account

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any valid balance remaining at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal. However, the balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

9Privacy and Personal Data
